Please see below some common questions that our customers sometimes ask. If your query isn't answered below, please feel to contact us directly and we will give your question serious thought and respond accordingly.

 

What If I Gave You Incorrect Measurements?

If you receive your Roman Shade and realise you measured incorrectly, please contact us straightaway.  We may have an easy solution!

For example if the width is a little on the large size, we may be able to trim it at no charge to ensure it fits your window perfectly.  However that does depend on the product fabric and design you chose.

If the length is wrong, or the Roman Shade is too narrow, then we can't adjust it.  However we will allow you to purchase a replacement (with the correct dimensions of course) for just 50% of the original price.  This offer stands for 30 days after you placed the original order and we request that the incorrect sized shade is returned to us.

What Can I Do If I Don't Like What I Ordered?

We would be very disappointed if this happens, but realise that sometimes people have a change of heart and feel they have chooses the wrong colour, design or style.  Whilst we cannot offer a replacement free of charge (as you completely understand!), we are willing to offer our customers a replacement product at 50% of the original order price.

This offer stands for 30 days after you placed the original order and we request that the original shade is returned to us.

My Product Was Faulty On Receipt - Will You Replace It?

To be frank, we would be horrified to learn of this - we have our own internal Quality Assurance team who check each product before dispatch.  So if you believe there is something wrong with your product, contact us straightaway with full details of the problem - feel free to send a photo to illustrate the problem by email, quoting your order number: info@aspectromanshades.com

We will of course repair or remake the product to match the original order as quickly as possible, so you will be inconvenienced as little as possible. We will request that the original shade is returned to us.

What If My Shade Breaks?

Our custom Roman Shades are created by hand to stringent standards and should withstand normal use for many years to come.  In the unlikely event that your shade stops working properly, then contact us so we can help you get it fixed.

If we determine that the product is faulty due to some unforeseen reason (eg. manufacturing defect), we will offer a replacement free of charge.  We will request that the original shade is returned to us. Please also see details of our Limited Lifetime Warranty below.

Limited Lifetime Warranty 

Warranty Cover

We believe in our products and are happy to provide a warranty on products against flaws in the materials, workmanship or design, which result in the product not working properly under normal use within 1 year of receipt of goods.

If your product stops working properly within this Warranty period we will repair or replace it free of charge. You will need to ship the product to our shop.

The Warranty only applies to the purchaser of the original product, when the product is in the original windows for which it was created.

The Warranty Excludes
  • Defects caused by not following the assembly and/or installation guidelines
  • Defects which result from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, alterations, excessive humidity or exposure to the elements.(Examples of normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to: loss of intensity of colour, fading due to sunlight exposure, exposure to salt air, fraying of fabric, damage from pets, damage from insects, or less-defined pleating if the Roman Shade has been kept in the raised position for extended time periods
  • Problems or damage resulting from removing the product from its original installation, and reinstalling it in the same window or other
  • Costs of removal, costs of shipping and/or costs of reinstallation
STATE LAWS

Neither LOGANOVA SHADES nor the suppliers it uses, shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other indirect damage, loss, cost or expense.

The above statement may not apply to you, depending on where you live, and you may also have other rights which are defined by the laws relating to the place where you live.
